1956, National Motor Club of America (NMC) is the
largest independently-owned motor club in the United
States, serving nearly 7 million customers with an
annual revenue in excess of $40 million. NMC
offers one of the best travel protection programs
available on the market today. The basic
provisions include:
Emergency Road
Service (Dispatch or Reimbursement):
For a battery
boost, fuel delivery, tire change, lock service,
wrecker or towing service, call the toll-free number
for NMC-authorized sign-and-go service providers
(over 45,000 nationwide) or service station of your
choice for reimbursement up to $100.
Travel Assistance
Reimbursement: (1)
NMC will
reimburse you up to $500 for vehicle rental and
travel expense when you are driving or riding in a
vehicle that is disabled due to a collision
accident.
Trip Planning:
NMC provides free
personalized trip packets for travel anywhere in the
USA, Canada and Mexico that includes detailed
routings, maps, brochures, camping, and hotel/motel
information. Simply fill out a Travel
Information Card, submit your request online, or
call NMC's toll-free number.
Bail Bonds: (2)
NMC will arrange
up to a $25,000 bond to release you when you are
driving a vehicle and charged with a moving traffic
law violation such as speeding, manslaughter, or
negligent homicide.
Attorney's Fees:

the attorney of your choice up to:

represent you for a speeding charge

collect or file for injuries you receive in a

Stolen Vehicle
Reward:
NMC will provide
a $5,000 reward that protects your vehicle and
discourages theft. The reward will be paid to
the law enforcement agency or person responsible for
information leading to the arrest and conviction of
the thief. The reward is not payable to you,
your family, or other members of your NMC
membership.
Member Benefit
Discounts on Medical Services:
With your NMC
membership card, you can receive discounts up to 50%
on Vision Care, including eye glasses, contact
lenses, eye exams and Lasik surgery (available
through Pearle Vision, Sears, JC Penny, Lenscrafters
and more than 10,000 locations nationwide).
You can also receive discounts up to 50% on
Prescriptions at your neighborhood pharmacy or
through mail-order services (available through
WalMart, K-Mart, Target,Safeway, CVS Pharmacy, Drug
Emporium, Tom Thumb, Walgreens and more than 45,000
locations nationwide).
Assist America
Emergency Medical Services:
When you are more
than 100 miles away from home and a medical
emergency arises, NMC Assist America protects you in
the USA, Canada or Mexico, 24 hours a day, 365 days
a year. Assist America provides medical
consultation, evacuation & referral, guaranteed
hospital admission, emergency message transmission,
care of minor children, pre-trip information and
prescription assistance. One telephone call
handles it all.

Any Accident:
When you upgrade
to the Platinum Plus or Diamond Plus membership
plan, you will receive benefits for any accident,
anywhere, 24-hours a day, whether it is at home,
work, school, or farm, and whether caused by
motorcycle, sports, recreation, vehicle or animal.
It covers you while driving, riding or struck as a
pedestrian with regards to any automobile, truck,
pickup, school bus, cab or motorhome, and also
includes commercial transportation (airline, train
or bus). This added benefit provides up to:
These benefits
are paid directly to you, and are provided in
addition to any other medical or emergency service
insurance coverage you might have.
Under these
provisions, if you are hospitalized within 72-hours
following a covered accident, you will receive $150
per day beginning the first day you are in the
hospital, for up to 400 consecutive days. This
benefit is paid directly to you over and above
any insurance or income you have.
If your accident
results in the unfortunate death of you or one of
your family members, this NMC plan will pay your
estate a $10,000 accidental death benefit.

Identity Theft
Protection:
When you upgrade
to the Diamond Plus Plan, you will receive up to
$25,000 protection when an Identify Theft event
happens to you and you suffer losses in the United
States. You can be reimbursed for cost and
losses related to lost wages up to $500 per week for
4 weeks, notary & certified mail charges, fees &
loans that were denied, long distance telephone
charges, and attorney fees. This benefit also
provides restoration services by highly trained
specialists on hand 24/7 to expedite and restore
your good credit. With the event, you will
receive an ID Theft Victim Information Packet, and
your specialist will notify the three major credit
bureaus and the Federal Trade Commission of your
event, review your credit files, notify creditors,
companies & financial institutions, and create and
maintain your specific case file.
